The Story
I'm Niki Mosier, an SEO consultant based in Denver. For over 15 years, I've been deep in technical SEO — and more recently, helping teams navigate Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
I built Confidence Fly Search because I kept building the same frameworks from scratch for every new client and team — audit reports, strategy decks, proposals to help leadership understand SEO's value. I figured if I needed them, other practitioners probably did too.
These are the same frameworks I use in my own work. They've been refined through years of real projects and real conversations with stakeholders. My hope is they give you a head start and the confidence to present your best work.
When I'm not doing SEO, you can find me exploring Denver's food scene, fly fishing in the Rockies, or talking shop at industry events.
