The Story
I'm Niki Mosier, Head of SEO at NASM and an independent SEO consultant based in Denver. I've spent 15+ years in the weeds of technical SEO — and more recently, at the forefront of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
I built Confidence Fly Search because I kept solving the same problems for different clients: building audit frameworks from scratch, explaining the modern search stack to leadership teams, writing proposals that had to justify SEO investment in the age of AI.
These templates are the ones I actually use. They're not theoretical — they've been pressure-tested in the kinds of meetings where budgets get approved or cut.
When I'm not doing SEO, you can find me exploring Denver's food scene, fly fishing in the Rockies, or talking shop at industry events.
